The scientific direction of ELIXIR is laid out in the Scientific Programme 2019-23 and in annual Work Plans which describe the activities that take place in each year. To facilitate the delivery of the Scientific Programme, ELIXIR has a wealth of resources available to support the whole infrastructure to collaborate and achieve its goals. The Handbook of Operations provides a comprehensive overview of ELIXIR policies, guidelines, recommendations and related procedures that are available via the ELIXIR website and intranet. The Handbook is intended for use by the whole ELIXIR infrastructure, including all individuals in ELIXIR Nodes, ELIXIR Hub staff, ELIXIR Board members, and national funders.
