Research Platforms Services is holding a free introductory workshop in research cloud computing. Held over four consecutive Monday mornings from 29 August to 19 September, 10 am to 12 noon, this workshop will provide a basic intro to the NeCTAR research cloud - offering free on-demand computing and storage resources to researchers. It will cover how to start and connect to instances, use the command line, install software, back up data & manage security.
