Intro to Unix at USYD Camperdown

This is a one day introductory workshop to Unix presented by Intersect Australia. Every attendee is given dedicated training environment for the duration of the workshop, with all software and data fully loaded and ready to run. The course is taught within a GNU/Linux environment. This is best characterised as a Unix-like environment. The skills learnt from this course are generally transferable to other Unix environments.
Who can access Intersect training services?
* Researchers, research groups, and Higher-Degree Research students from any Intersect member organisation.
* For people and organisations outside the Intersect membership, training can be provided on a fee-for-service basis. Please email: training@intersect.org.au.
