In this EMBL-EBI Introduction to RNA-Seq and Functional Interpretation course, we introduce Open Targets and its bioinformatics tools, namely Open Targets Platform and Open Targets Genetics, comprehensive and robust data integration resources for systematic target identification and prioritisation in drug discovery.
