This course introduces Bioconductor, a comprehensive collection of R packages related to bioinformatics. We will demonstrate the Bioconductor way of doing things and how to work with biological data types, and equip you to confidently approach whichever specific Bioconductor packages you need.
Pre-requisite
To attend this class, you must have attended our introductory R course or be reasonably familiar with the R language.
