1st ELIXIR-UK Hackathon
Date: 11 - 13 September 2019
ELIXIR-UK is organising its first Hackathon, which will bring together UK bioinformatics researchers to collaborate on increasing the interoperability of the various ELIXIR-UK resources, and other exciting projects.
ELIXIR-UK is the UK node of ELIXIR, an intergovernmental organisation that coordinates life science resources from across Europe so that they form a single infrastructure. These resources include databases, software tools, training materials, cloud storage and supercomputers.
During the Hackathon, we plan to work on the integration of various ELIXIR-supported resources, like Bioschemas, BridgeDb, CATH, CWL, FAIRDOM, FAIRsharing, Galaxy, InterMine, ISA tools, Jalview, PHI-base, Phyre2, Research Objects, SEEK and TeSS.
To propose a project for the Hackathon, please fill in this form.
The training room is located on the first floor and there is currently no wheelchair or level access available to this level.
Please note that if you are not eligible for a University of Cambridge Raven account you will need to book or register your interest by linking here.''
